Field of Dreams

Let there be a focal point to your boundless fields of dreams, thus it serves as your point of reference and the compass which guides your steps.

I woke up dreaming of having breakfast in the south of France countryside, sitting at a small round table for two with curved wrought iron legs. Humming birds serenading me with their songs.
Boundless fields of lavender stretching before me, with a single tree where the sky kisses the land.

I stretch my arms yawning with twinkles in my eyes, not a single worry on my mind–my spirit is free,
I get up and start walking amongst the flowers tracing my path towards the single tree…

Scenic Road – Poem - Scenic Road poem

Leaves falling one by one from a tree.
Do they choose their destiny,
or is it the wind who
guides the trajectory?

Is it me who’s looking at the tree,
or is the tree looking at me?

Mortal beings we may be,
but we can pick the trajectory.
Wherever happiness lies
that’s where you will find me,
for my will is free.

I shall travel the scenic road,
stop and smell the rose.
Write poetry, not just prose.

I shall touch the cloud,
follow the rainbow
till my circle comes round.

I shall hop,
dance, and trot,
all the way home.

Sweet Love Variation - Double Rainbow Over The Sea

Close to sunset time, she stood along the shore,
a double rainbow stretched to the edge of the sea,
until beauty said no more.

She reached out to touch it.
Before she knew it, love colors filled the air,
the double rainbow flowed down her hair. - rainbow flowing down her hair

There came her lover, who captured the magic,
for no two moments are ever the same.
He looked at her n said:
“I hear Rio calling
Mardi Gras in the air.”

All smiles through rainbows, she said:
“Give me something to write about.
An exciting intonation,
a cause for celebration,
a sweet love variation.”

I am the speck of sand from the Sahara.
I’ve weathered the storm and broke the norm.
I’ve traveled the world,
and the seven seas…

I bring you stories under my sleeves,
from the hidden world no one can see,
I bring the secret and the mystery.

I am the tattered book roaming around,
with infinite stories,
color and sound.

I broke free,
I am unbound.

Dreams Do Come True

Machu Picchu - Thankful

Happiness resides in being thankful

Today, I’m thankful for witnessing the miracle and wonders of Machu Picchu. The cherry on top: conquering fear of heights, and climbing all the way to Intipunku* in Machu Picchu**—A dream come true.

Here’s how you make your dreams come true:

Start by being grateful for your blessings. Write them down and express them in your own voice.

Fill your heart with love and contentment.

Write down your dreams.

Visualize them.

See yourself already there.

Do you see the colors? What colors are there?

Do you hear the sounds? Are they soothing to your soul?

What do you see yourself doing when you visualize yourself in the dream?

Are you smiling and happy?

If you need help, cut out a picture of what your dream looks like, and post it on your wall, where you can see it daily.

Nurture the dream, the vision with love and gratitude.

Synchronize with the universe.

Express your desire in your own voice, in order to put your unique vibrations out in the cosmos.

Run as fast as you can away from the cynics. Think that they are here so you can build your immune system.

Surround yourself with positive vibrations: the vibrations of love, flowers, sunlight, contentment, giving, positive expressions, honest work, cooperation…It’s all out there, the choice is yours as to what to plug into.

How much faith do you have in the universe, God, the supreme power to deliver?

To be continued…

The time to start is now:

What are you thankful for? Write down your blessings.

* Intipunku: Quechan language, meaning Sun-Gate. Inti: sun, Punku: Gate

**Machu Picchu: Quechan language, meaning the Old Mountain. Machu: Old. Picchu: mountain.
